Email you choose

You can play, replay, and share without an email address. If you request it, we store your email to send one notification when “Get Some” is released. Occasional music and release updates are a separate, optional choice, off by default. A confirmation link activates only the purposes you requested.

Changing your mind

Every email includes a link where you can withdraw release notifications, ongoing updates, or both. An unchecked updates box on a later signup does not withdraw an existing subscription; use the unsubscribe link to do that.

Game measurement

When measurement is configured, we record game actions such as starts, collisions, completions, replay, sharing, signup submission, and listening-link clicks. Records include the level, time, broad device class, an approved campaign source, and a random browser-session ID. We never connect that ID to a subscriber. Confirmations are counted in aggregate. A listening click is not a music stream.

Storage and retention

The session ID and sound preference are kept in browser session storage. Raw game events are deleted after 90 days; daily counts may be retained longer. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours and are stored as hashes. Expired links are removed after seven additional days, unconfirmed subscribers after 30 days of inactivity, and inactive subscriber and consent records after two years. Active subscriptions remain until withdrawn. A daily cleanup enforces these periods.

Service providers and protection

Vercel hosts the game, Supabase stores email choices and game measurements, and Resend delivers requested emails when configured. Your address and consent history are not publicly readable. Short-lived keyed hashes support abuse limits; we do not store raw IP addresses in game analytics. Hosting and delivery providers may process technical delivery and security logs under their own retention policies.

The artist team’s privacy contact and controller details are awaiting review. Email collection remains disabled until these details are provided.
